The Process
Initial contact with Pella Corporation for entry-level positions begins at the college/university career fair or on-campus interview. Career fair and interview dates are posted well in advance in career centers, academic departments, and the Pella Careers web site. Qualified candidates are invited to Pella Corporation for an on-site interview. At that time, a member of the human resources team will walk the candidate through the compensation structure, benefits and relocation process.
