The Process
Initial contact with Pella Corporation for entry-level positions begins at the college/university career fair or on-campus interview. Career fair and interview dates are posted well in advance in career centers, academic departments, and the Pella Careers web site www.pella.com/careers. Qualified candidates are invited to Pella Corporation where the reporting manager participates in the second-round of interviews. Once selected for the position, a member of the human resources team will walk you through the compensation, benefits, and relocation process.

Expect your initial job assignment to be a minimum of two years. This allows time to become familiar with and productive within the Pella Corporation culture. Transfers (in the same role) to a different shift, and significant promotional opportunities are allowable during the first two years. An internal job notification systems alerts team members of openings throughout the organization. Your career can be grown and fruitful within one functional area or from cross-functional work experience. Either way is supported, as long as you continue to develop!
