Pella Corporation recognizes that a great place to work must be complemented by a great place to live. With that in mind, the corporately funded Pella Rolscreen Foundation offers grants to community organizations that help improve the quality of life in the communities where team members live and work. In addition, community volunteerism is encouraged through a Volunteer Recognition Program, and team members' personal donations to charitable organizations of $25 to $5,000 per year are matched dollar for dollar.
